David Cortright, Ph.D. is a widely published and respected scholar and policy advocate for peace and nuclear disarmament and Professor Emeritus at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, a program of the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame. He is an expert on peace movements, sanctions, and prevention of international conflicts.
